Facility Rentals
Host your next event at UUCSS! Whether you are looking for a casual space to host a meeting or get-together, a large room for your next birthday or anniversary party, or a formal hall for your wedding, UUCSS offers flexible and welcoming spaces to fit your needs. We welcome people of all faiths and none to hold ceremonies and life events on our campus. We are excited to work with you to make your special event happen!

Sanctuary
Our beautiful Sanctuary is perfect for larger events such as weddings, B'nai Mitzvot, concerts, and ceremonies. With ample seating, natural light, and a serene atmosphere, it's an ideal setting for meaningful moments. This building is fully accessible.
Pricing: $200/hr (minimum of 3 hours)
Capacity: 200 auditorium-style, 120 seated at table
Furniture Included: 200 padded sanctuary chairs, 20 six-foot rectangular tables
Add-Ons Available: Grand piano, kitchenette, AV services, projector and screen
Community Hall
Newly renovated, this versatile space is suitable for parties, dinners, receptions, concerts, and other large community events. The hall can be arranged to suit your needs, whether you're hosting a formal banquet or a lively fundraiser. The Community Hall is accessible.
Pricing: $150/hr (minimum of 3 hours)
Capacity: 140 auditorium-style, 112 seated at table
Furniture Included: 100 contoured folding plastic chairs, 20 six-foot rectangular tables
Add-Ons Available: Baby grand piano, kitchenette, AV services, projector and screen
Triple Classroom
The Triple Classroom can be configured to suit your needs via built-in wall dividers. Use as one large room, two mid-sized, or three smaller ones. Ideal for workshops, breakout sessions, or meetings. This building is fully accessible
Pricing: $100/hr for entire space (minimum of 3 hours)
$80/hr for two rooms
$40/hr for single room
Capacity: 100 auditorium-style, 72 seated at table
Furniture Included: 40 padded chairs, 5 six-foot rectangular tables; more upon request

Fellowship House
A cozy, comfortable space with couches and chairs. This space is perfect for small group discussions, casual gatherings, or informal meetings. Please note, the Fellowship House does not have restroom facilities and is not serviced by a paved walkway.

Furniture Included: Couches and folding chairs for 15 people, 1 six-foot rectangular table

Dolan Lounge
Designed for casual meetings, this room features two couches and multiple chairs, providing a warm yet professional atmosphere for your group’s discussions and planning sessions. Please note, the entrance to this building has a large step and no ramp.

Rental Add-Ons & Services
All rental spaces except for the Fellowship House include access to restrooms. Wifi is available across the campus. There is a 70-car gravel parking lot on site with two accessible paved spaces.
Add-Ons
Kitchenette
A kitchenette with warming oven, microwave, refrigerator, and sink can be added to a rental of either the Sanctuary or Community Hall for $100/day. Please note, there is no stove/oven.
Pianos
The grand piano can be added to Sanctuary rentals and the baby grand can be added to Community Hall rentals for $100/day.
Projector & Screen
A projector and screen can be added on to any rental for $25/day.
Services
AV Services
Our AV staff can run music and microphones, play slideshows and videos, provide live streaming on Zoom, and record your ceremony or service. AV services can be added to Sanctuary and Community Hall rentals for $100/hr for the first three hours and $50/hr for each additional hour.
Accompaniment
Our Music Director can be hired to play either piano for $250 for 90 minutes and $50 for each additional half hour. This rate includes use of the piano, 1-2 meetings to discuss repertoire and service flow, prelude music, and the service or ceremony.
Ministerial Services
The UUCSS Minister can officiate rites of passage such as weddings, memorial services, and baby dedications both on and off the UUCSS campus. To inquire about availability and rates, please email rentals@uucss.org.
