For the 8th year in a row, I'll ride my bike in what is now called
the Tour de Friends. It's the Aidsride under new management (actually
run by F& F itself, and it is no longer associated with Palotta
Teamworks). In late June, I'll ride from Raleigh NC to DC in less
than 4 full days. The ride is a benefit for Food and Friends, which
has been a UUCSS Social Action ministry since 1994. Last year Rob
Dahlstrom and I both rode, as well as Bryn Dutcher, and her mom
Carol was a crew member. We'll again be setting up info tables
at coffee hour etc., and will be coordinating pledges among UUCSS
riders. (I've signed up, Rob is considering it.) Last year, we
received pledges from almost 80 UUCSS member/friends. Please stay
