Covenants the UUCSS Congregation makes with our Minister Elizabeth Lerner and our DRE Mandy Keithan

In early 2004, UUCSS formed covenants with Liz Learner as our minister and Mandy Keithan as our Director of Religious Education.

Each covenant is an agreement between the congregation and individual staff members about what they need and can promise and what we need and can promise. These are personal statements of need and promises between Liz and the congregation and Mandy and the congregation, reflecting our congregation at this time, and our specific relationships with Liz and Mandy.

These four covenants should not be confused with a contract or legal document. Rather they are statements of intention. They also should not be confused with a generic statement of needs from and promises to the UUCSS Minister and DRE. Instead, they are personal to Liz and Mandy. Last, they are a living document, and should be revisited and renewed periodically.
