Meetings
Second Tuesday of every month at 7:30 in the Miller Room (first floor in the sanctuary building).
We welcome anyone interested in the lighter side of our fellowship interactions, including retreats, game nights, sports, parties, picnics, dinners, and our annual Fellowship Dinner. New ideas, new members, and volunteer coordinators of events are welcomed and invited for approval by this committee.

Catoctin Fall Retreat

Early Oct. (2006 – Oct-ish) A large group gets together for a weekend in the Catoctin Mountains.
- Women’s Retreat
Early Spring. (2006 – April-ish) A multi-generational get togther in a wooded (and modern!) setting. Sorry, no boys allowed!
- Spring Picnic
Early Spring. (2006 – May/June-ish) A large group gets together for food, fun, and well, more fun.

2nd Sat. in Dec (2006 – Sat Dec. 11) An every-holiday party.
- Fellowship Dinner
(2006 – Nov.-ish) Not your everyday pot-luck dinner! A large group gets together for music and a table-organized dinner.

Religious
- Coming of Age Reception
Early Spring. (2006 – Sun. March 26) After the Coming of Age Ceremony the newly recognized adults, family, friends, and congregation enjoy a "catered" reception.
- Passover Seder
Spring. (2006 – Sat. April 15) This welcoming version of the ritual dinner celebrates the Jews' deliverance from slavery in Egypt....and you don't have to be Jewish to attend!
- Flower Communion Reception
Late Spring. (2006 – June-ish) After celebrating Flower Communion the congregation enjoys a "catered" reception.
- Holiday Reception
Christmas Eve. (2006 – Dec. 24) A reception to celebrate the winter holidays.
- Uniter Dinners
Next (2006 – Spring-ish) A pot-luck with a separate volunteer host and planner.
- Budget Gourmet
Next (2006 – Summer-ish) Summer dining out.
Babysitting Coop
Dates, Times and Locations: Arranged by participants

Parents with children in the church’s Religious Education
program have organized to exchange childcare with families their
children know from Sunday morning classes.
Dance Party
Dates and Times: To be arranged.
Location: Blobs Park or other local dance spots.

Experienced dancers Carolyn Savadkin and Bob Bradley will arrange
trips to local dance spots on Friday evenings. Some venues are very
inexpensive. Call Carolyn if you are interested.
Friendly Friday Night Bridge Group
Dates: First and Third Fridays
Time: 7:30 p.m.

This group meets twice monthly at members’ homes and enjoys
several tables of duplicate bridge played for fun and bragging rights
only. Players new to duplicate are welcome, and bridge is a great
way to get to know other bridge fans. You don’t need a partner
to play. Contact person Bob Bradley will arrange one for you.
Gaia Circle
Locations: Community Hall or on the lawn

Gaia Circle is a seasonal celebration of Earth-based spirituality,
which draws upon a variety of sources, including European pagan,
Native American, and African and Asian rituals and traditions. Music,
meditation, chanting, myths, and discussion are used to honor the
feminine principle and earth cycles. All are invited. See Uniter
for dates and details of things to bring, changes.
Men’s Group
Dates: Every Monday Evening
Time: 7:30—10:00 p.m.

This is a group for fun, fellowship and discussion, as participants
search for some of the answers to problems confronting men today.
Humor, bonding and support are a few of the benefits of membership.
